Your placement games decide where the season starts. A Grandmaster or Top 500 player takes them at a high win rate so you begin as high as the system allows.

been bronze on tank since ow1 basically. im gold 3 now and i still dont really believe it. took about 4 days
Did all three roles in one go and it worked out a fair bit cheaper than three separate orders. Silver to Platinum across the board over about two weeks. Ran a little past the estimate but nothing worth complaining about.
Every reset I drop a full division and spend a month climbing back to where I already was, which is not how I want to spend my evenings. Paid for Platinum 4 to Diamond 5 on support and it was finished in a day and a half. Yummei played Ana into anything that dove and Kiriko into anything that didn't, and explained why when I asked.
Wins came through quickly and I got the division, no argument there. He played Sojourn for all six games though, so my hero stats for the season now make it look like I own one character. Nobody else will ever look at that page, I know, but I did ask for a bit of variety.
those lobbies did not stand a chance, felt almost unfair watching it back. straight into diamond fr
Placement boosting means a Grandmaster or Top 500 player plays the first competitive matches of your season. Those matches weigh heavily on where the system puts you, so a strong run starts you ranks above a coin-flip run.
You tell us last season's rank so the quote is exact, choose how many matches we play, and the booster plays them in one focused session on your region.
A bad start means weeks climbing back to where you finished last season. A good start puts you above it on day one. Match for match, placements move your rank more than anything else you can buy.
Set your previous rank and the number of matches above. The price updates as you go.
A Grandmaster main plays them at a high win rate, connected through your region.
You begin the season as high as your results allow, not where a bad first week would leave you.
